Save audit log

Hi,

I'm trying to create a code that will create a date and time stamp and user name when ever the file is saved, and also prompts for a comment to be entered. Currently we have a manual audit log however not all the saves are being completed so I need a way to ensure all file saves are recorded

Thanks ths is good but is there a way to keep all the entries on the log instead of just keeping the latest one?
