Hi,
Great site and apologies if this is available somewhere and I've missed it - it's quite confusing though so searching for the answer has been a struggle.
I've got qualitative comments from a questionnaire.
I'd like copy them from sheet 1 and paste them into sheet 2 and 3.
I would like excel to 'know' that it must copy all the rows below a title, before it meets a blank cell.
e.g.
A1: Suggestion box
A2: suggestion 1 (more water fountains)
A3: suggestion 2 (more sunny weather)
etc.
The problem: I'd like excel to search for the title and then copy the 'x' amount of rows below that table, based on the fact that they have text in them, as soon as excel spots a blank row I'd like it to not include that row. So search for: "Suggestion box" & copy all rows below that cell that include text until it meets a row that has no text. Then paste into various locations.
This is because there are three sets of qualitative data (suggestion box, lessons learnt and what was enjoyed) each of which will have a different number of answers bullet pointed below.
Any thoughts?
