Copy and Paste based on Red Highlighted Cells

In the attached spreadsheet, there is an example section and a solution section. I am trying to use the values in the example section to populate the solution section. For example, for loan 123 in A3 if any of the values in cell B3,C3 or D3 have red highlighting, then copy the headers and paste them into B11,C11 etc in the format listed in the solution section. Thank you for your help in advance.

The attached works on the sample provided, but I do not know your actual data.

Will check it tomorrow as I will be offset now.
