Is there any value assigned to the caption?

It is messy code...Not sure how the numbers of selected values correspond with choosing a correct picture...meaning, is the correct label displayed when certain picture is selected?
    Cheers

What I do is to store the description in column 2 of the combobox. When a selection is made, then you have to corresponding label at your fingertips.

You really should use a different naming convention for your objects. And try to keep names short.

Combobox1 should be something like cboxDiagram. The label: lblDiagram. Naming linked objects the same except for the function.
