Get Excel to send automatic email to outlook to attention an action

Hi
I have a spreadsheet with a number of differnet actions with various different dates associated with them, I wont to be able to send some communication to my Outlook inbox and/or Task folder when the date is due or upcoming.
I noticed a question similiar from Gurj_sandhu and would appreciate reading the results of this forum and any others that relate to this.

Hi..

Try this.... and adapt it as needed..

In the example.. when you click the button..
1. It will check if a date in column A (from Row 2 down) is Due today.. if it is. an email will be sent with subject "Due Today!"

2. It will also check if a date in column A is within 30 days due.. if so.. it will send a email with subject of "Due in x days time"

It currently displays an email preview.. (change to .Send to skip that and send immediately)..

How can we insert a reference column to this macro, so that we can identify what is due for x dates

example:

Reference in the column B should be taken as subject and send a message "xxxx is due for -3 days"

Can we able to do that???

You didn't explain what xxxx equals.. so i just added it as a text..

'xxxx' is the code number which should be picked from the column say B (Which will have the code number).

Example : The Subject should have the value from the column B followed by the text message

i.e. 0012 is due for -23 days

I have enclosed the xlsheet.

I want an auto generated mail before 30 days of due date of calibration.

The mail should pick the 'CODE NO' in the column F and the details from B, which should be followed by the text.

for example :

if you take the 3rd row in the attached excel sheet

i want the auto generated mail with the subject as follows

Subject : "B0001/01 Digimatic Micrometer Due for calibration in 9 days time"

Body : This is a Reminder for the calibration of B0001/01 Digimatic Micrometer before due date.
