Chart problem with cell references

Hi guys,
I'm having a lack of fun trying to make a macro that can make multiple charts (xl Line) out of a moving range of data. I have all my datas on a different sheet (that's not the problem I think) but I can't find how I could make a loop.
I would love something like that :
