    cell values

    Hi All

I just want to hide a particular cell value in vba. I have assigned a value to a C5 as "John" in VBA. But I do not want this to be displayed when
I am looking at the sheet. I found many codes where they are asking the entire row / column to be hidden. I just want C5 to be displayed as blank
while actually there is a value assigned to it in excel vba. Is this possible

    many thanx

    Re: cell values

    Hi grkchakri,

Select cell c5, press ctrl + 1, go number tab -> custom field -> enter ";;;" without quotes.
