Replace string with another string from another worksheet (like decode)

It's something like decoding

int sheet1 column 5 I have encoded message

int sheet2 I have tip to solve it

column1 has the part of encoded message
colomn4 the decoded part of encoded message


for example

sheet 1 column 5
aBct Yurtasd teryn asw

sheet 2
col1 col2
aBct -> I
Yurtasd -> love
teryn ->pina
asw ->colada


and I have to replace the text in sheet1 and use that.
