Find variant matches from two columns and hide rows that are not found in the other

I am using this stub for a bigger solution i am doing. This code hides the row of the matches. However, I want it to hide the non-matches. But when i change it to <> it just hides everything. Any advice?

I think I may just have to try a different way.

I went a different route completely now using my actual workbook. However, this seems to do nothing. I can't figure out why. Everything seems OK to me. Anybody?
