Copying Entire row based off cell value or conditional cell colour

Hitting a roadblock in regards to writting a macro to copy and paste an entire row from one sheet to another in a workbook.

I am creating a audit that is answered Yes, No or N/A, if No is entered the row is conditionally highlighted red.

When all answered, i would like to run a macro to have the"No" questioned copied to a the "Summary" sheet.

I have very limited knowledge in VB and macro writting
