Macro NOT case sensitive

I've been using this macro to hide all but the columns I need. It references the column headers to see if the name is one of the ones below. The bastards that make this spreadsheet just decided to us CAPS on everything and now the macro doesn't recognize any of the names. It will probably be lowercase again next time, so is there any way to easily make it recognize lower or upper case???
