VBA - To insert line reading the number on cell

Thank you so much, it works like a charm..

If you can help me out with another issue which I am facing that it would help me lot.

Issue is,, Below is data where you can see effective date begings from 01/01/2013. I want macro to sort first per effective date and then input box ask me to enter an effective date and if I enter 04/31/2013 macro would delete all the rows which has effective date <= to 04/31/2013.

The reason why I wanted to do this, because everymonth I would on different date range and I pull the report which pulls up everything.
