VBA: Using Evaluate / Countifs Combination to Compare Dates

    Hello,

the below code works fine. But this checks for matching date and i would like to use "<=" in this function to compare Date.

for example, JoiningDate=CurrentDate is counted whereas i would require to count JoiningDate<=CurrentDAte

can someone help on how to include that?

    Thanks.

    Hello vidyuthrajesh,

If you are already using VBA then why not use VBA to do this also? Is it because you don't how to?
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

Re: VBA: Using Evaluate / Countifs Combination to Compare Dates

    Thanks Leith...

sorry if my post does not convey my ask clearly. I would require assistance to modify the above statement to include "<=" or ">=" while comparing dates. the above statement compares only "if date is equal to " but does not check for "date less then or equal to". Not sure where and how to include the "Operators" ( <. >)

    Hope this is clear. Thanks.
