Invoice Optical Lenses (Expert Code)

Hi All,

I want make invoice Optical Lenses, need suggestion from experience expert code for my work before hire.

First : i have "Sheet!Database" for future invoice & inventory.

Second : that's my big problem and confusing for me possible or impossible do this logical / formula .... say it in range min&max / positive&negative Sheet!Logical, so that the future can be used in Sheet!invoice with userform VBA for find result price.

Third : in Sheet!Invoice if add item appears Userform .... after filling all the columns and auto price (how can auto price from here Find / Match "Sheet!Logical" "Range 1 "+" Range 2 "+" Range 3 "=" Result Price "), after i'm add button ... my cells i5 result merging from userform "510101 PHOTOGREY 1.56 UV EMI 70 -1,00 -1,00 0,00" (same as in my Sheet!Database).

Note :
Why i want use excel because familiar for me, but want find answer if excel have limit to do this logical.
Why i want use sheet!logical because in the future database have rows until 500,000++ and do simple entry.
why my english not well make all here confusing .... sorry for that
