Works perfectly in Excel 2010 but Fails in 2003

I have a macro enabled workbook that works perfectly in Excel 2010. When opened in Excel 2003, it converts but when I complete that then submit which launches the submit macro and if all ok the followed by copy sheet macro I get an error and when I debug it, it stops on the line to delete button 3. Can anyone help as I need this to be able to run in Excel versions from 2003 upwards.

Also, I have 5 conditional formats for a cell which I know 2003 only allows 3. Can anyone help with some VBA that will allow 5 or more in 2003?

The workbook is locked but no passwords. Some buttons appear only on the copied sheets after being submitted.
