I work in Logistics and have the following that i want to implement
We have had a issue where suppliers are refusing loads based on how the Pallets are stacked and loaded on vehicles

So we have decided to take a photo prior to loading.Then another photo once loaded
What i want to create is a look up that will do the following

Type a load ref into excel for example tour id 55555 (every tour has unique id)
This will then populate the photo (the photos will be held in a folder)

Any ideas how this could work.
