vba overwrite text in string if found in a range using adjacent values ( inside same cell)

What would be the shortest way to overwrite text inside/outside the aphanumeric string if found in the reference range returning adjacent cell that's for the entire sheet not just selected ranges.
    sample attached.

    Hello vlady,

If you are looking to use VBA then it would be the Replace function in a loop where cells in columns "A" an "B" would be the search and replace values.
    Sincerely,

can you point some sample. I was thinking of the vba index/match but i think replace loop would be best?

    Hrello Vlady,

Sorry about the delay, I had to make an emergency repair in the house. Here is sample. There are other ways to do this as well.
