Load Pictures in a folder based on a cell

I am brand new to macros and how they work. I need to get a picture not from the web but a certain file saved on a shared folder on our server. I have a certain folder but the actual file will changed based on information in a certain cell. How to I point it to the correct path?

Above is a sample of what is in my Excel sheet. I want to be able to insert a picture based on the Style number (BAR0011). The picture is found in a folder of course on our server. The path is T:\BARBADOS\THUMB\. BAR0011_t.jpg is the name of the file. I have several sheets in the workbook I am working on that has the information above but related to different styles. I want to be able to add those pictures to the file without having to manually insert each picture. Does this help?
