Code to calculate values based on %

Guten Tag,

I have the following attachment, i need to;

- For each Row label in Workings ME & MO copy all the data from Original ME & MO and apply the same row label to each line, this then needs to be added to the Output ME & MO sheets but for only the headers on the those sheets.
- The volume of data will change each month so i think it needs to use a used range formula??
-In column G of the output tabs, this needs to be a calculation of the cell in F times by the % from the row on the workings tab.

I've added data to the attachment as what the final data should look like.
