how to make label flash and not combobox

hi
is there away to have a label flash on a userform,have got code that makes combobox flash to remind people to enter data,this works fine,or so,would like the combox to flash up with message enter location and then return to normal combobox or make label flash /"enter location"when form comes on the screen but am not sure if it will interupt with program ie cause the screen to blink,the code is on frmissued and module 12
any help would be good

HAVE updated it a bit seems to work on combobox ,have changed colour and put in text,its now black but if click combobox above it flashes ok but enter say 200 unit ,writing is surround by blue box and only goes when enter is pressed can this be done in vba please

many thanks for that works ok could it be adjusted to say if combobox8 is populated then stop flashing,have just tried but not sure how to see if populated with drop down data ,I know blank"" but not sure how to get drop downs as they all different

I am sorry, I really do not know, ( I do not like too much when a cell/form is blinking) but think of other ways to force people to fill all your textboxes/comboboxes or to go on...
