Disable Insert/Delete, but allow Sort/Filter

Hi all,

I have a worksheet that I have disabled the insert/delete functions, but the only issue is that it is protecting the sheet, so it does not allow users to do any changes.

Is there any way to present insert/delete, but allow them to still sort and filter on the data?

I am actually the admin and am distributing these worksheets to users.

I am trying to have it prevent them from inserting or deleting rows, but to still allow them to filter and sort.

when your work sheet is unprotected (after unprotected by password)

go to review - protect sheet - in "allow user of this worksheet to" tab u will find desire option

I tried this, but it tampers and affects the functionality of the macros that are built into the workbook.
