Create Multiple sheets, rename and copy the contents of a Range to newly created sheet

    Hello everyone,

I have created a sheet which contains a list of names and numbers.
It has comp no, Driver, Co - Driver and Category.
I have a "TEMPLATE" sheet in the workbook which is to be copied.
I need to place a button in the LIST sheet.
While clicking the button the following action should take place.

    - It should copy the content of template sheet and create a new sheet and rename it with the Comp No.
    - After creating the sheet it should copy the contents of the sheet like comp no, driver, co driver and category to the newly created sheet.

I have attached my file for reference.
Hope somebody could help me regarding this.

    Thanks in advance friends.
