Paste Data from Sheet one to other sheets based on date criteria

I am working on a project to display some metric data via a piviot table. I obtain my data via a connection to an oracle database. It pulls in a lot of information and I want to split it up to make it a little easier to work with based on the data in column S. I would like a macro that when the workbook is refreshed the following will hapen:

1) Copy all entires where colum S = the current month and paste the data on sheet 2
2) Copy all entries where column S =the previous month and paste on Sheet 4
3) copy all entries where colum S = the last 12 months from current date


I have attached a sample of what my data kinda looks like. All of the inforation in my actual sheet is sensitve so I can not post that one. Please excuse all typos as i threw it together just for a sample. The date column in hte example is Column Q, but My actual data set is Column S.
