How to add a Primary Vertical Axis Title on a chart?

Hi guys, I'm new here.

I have to format several similar charts in a row, One thing I have to do is add a chart title, a primary horizontal axis title, & primary vertical axis title.

I used Excel Macro Record to get the SetElement for chart title, & primary horizontal axis title, but the macro does not record adding the primary vertical axis title.

1. How do I SetElement for the vertical axis title
2. How do I assign a value to the vertical axis title.

Thank you Mr. Andy. I only needed this for the primary vertical axis title. Is there a cleaner way to do it besides
