I really do need need help on this matter. I responsible to do commission payslip for my staffs since our payments are based on commission. For the moment, I'm doing the payslip manual by calculate them from my data. Calculate, typing and print then I delete the previous one to make new one. These make my works double. I need a master and formula so that I can keep the data, print the payslip and key in the amount in one shot. Please help me!

    Thanks.

p/s: If you want to see the word data and payslip I'm doing it. I'm willing to share it as long as it can help me to solve this problem.

It seems you do not have a software payroll which can do it with in a fraction of seconds. I am sure if you Google it ,there are hundreds of free templates on the net.

I'll calculate it manually and put in my words. Is there any ways I can make it easier and save tipayslip (wo sign).docxDLJ DAILY MASTER WE010613_STREAMYX RES.xlsme.

If I were you and use spread sheet to do a payroll in excel, I will do the calculation with a payslip in excel. You can design the payslip you have in word in excel, so all the calculations are done in one or so books and these are linked to payslips, so all in one book.
I would not rely on excel to a do payroll and would rather buy one of the off-shelf software. I do not know how the payroll in Malaysia work, but I guess there may be some freebies software on line.
