Access Denied When Importing XML Data

Hi, I am suffering this problem when trying to import an XML file. My company has a feed of information that updates every 15 minutes, and in order to import the specific file the date and time strings just before .xml have to be changed. I'd like the macro to read this from two cells in excel, Ideally C3 and D3. However I keep getting the "access denied" error when trying to run the macro- can anybody help? Cells C3 and D3 are formatted as general by the way, and thedate needs to be in format "ddmmyy", while time is in the format "hhmm".

Do you need to log into the website?

Nope. It recognises the IP address so it should be alright in the office, but there isn't a need to log in.

Are you sure that the request string is formatted correctly? Try dumping it out into a cell and pasting it directly into IE, if that fails are there any T&Cs or anything that specify you should only access this data in a certain way?

Hi, I've worked it out- the link only provides data up to three days in advance. I had mine for four so I could not access it- sorry for the confusion
