Hello! I'm new so any advice is greatly appreciated. I have a set of addresses of stores that sell my product across the US, and a monthly report gives me the addresses of new customers. The end result I want is to have a mail merge every month that gives the stores closest to the customer, say within 25 miles. I think I can figure out how to do distance calculations with longitude and latitude for one customer and sort my list of stores by distance and then email one customer individually copy/paste style. Every month there are a few hundred new customers and growing so there is a need to automate. I also need to know if there is not a store with 25 miles of one of my customers so I can start researching further.
