Good dAY ALL

I need help to generate payslips for 200 employees over a period of 12 months. I have worked out most of the formulas and have figured out how to interconnect the information. However the thing that has me most stumped is to carry the info over to a Payslip format.

the payslip is already designed, the thing is how do I get the information for the various dates to their relevant payslips???????????? I have tried to attach a copy of the Workbook to this thread. Hope it comes out ok.
