VBA: Copy format of on cell to another cell in another Sheet

i have for example "Sheet1" with a column for different text, each cell has different formatting.
in another "sheet2", i have the same text, in different order.
i want to "bind" data from "sheet2" to "sheet1" meaning that a cell from "sheet2" will look at the same text in "sheet1" in column A for example
and will get the same formatting.

What sort of formatting? You may be able to use conditional formatting for this.

for start i want to copy color cell.
it will be changed only on cell's in "sheet1" and i want to automatically update it in "sheet2" too
