Sum lines with duplicate values in Excel

Hello,

I understand there have been several posts related to the merging of rows but none specifically meet my needs.
So here is my problem:
i got datas on 3 columns, rows numbers are unknown (could be 0 or 180+).
Take the column C as a name (or Code), for each code i want to sum Not OK and sum of Tot. checked.
Once i got this i need to calculate for each code the formula " Sum Not OK" / " Sum of Tot.checked"
After that, i have to put that in a order top 10.

Yeah i know that but it's not working.sample2.JPG
And moreover it's small part from the programme. So if anyone can show me how to do it in VBA. it will help me a lot.
and the important part is ranking the results.

Thank you for the formula "filtering Unique Codes", I was blocked there.

By the way, for ranking i used this:
=SUMPRODUCT(--($H$2:$H$61<>""),--((H3<$H$2:$H$61)/COUNTIF($H$2:$H$61,$H$2:$H$61)))

But, do you have any idea to get these formula into VBA programme? because it's part the whole prgm . so i like to know if there is any chance to put in VBA scripts?

Good to know it works for you to an extent. Unfortunately I have very limited knowledge in VBA

Not sure, why it shows Name error. Do you have double quotes for 0?

or look out for any typo in the function name...
