    Hi mukeshbaviskar

You have two Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range) macros...you'll need to combine them.

    Hi mukeshbaviskar

I've looked at your Code and, if it works, don't change it.

It appears fine to me...I'd suggest the Sub SearchForDuplicates() belongs in a General Module but what the hey, does it work? If so, leave it where it is,
