Populating listview selection onto another userform

    Hi all,

I have a userform which contains a listbox. This displays all the results of a particular search criteria which is acheived using a combobox (for the kind of search) and a textbox ( to enter the search item). Thanks to Leith Ross answer to another post, I was able to acheive the same. I have attached the file which has 2 sheets, 'Search' and 'Database'. Search sheet is used to launch the userform and the Database has the required data in it.

Once we have searched using a particular value in the combobox and a search criteria, how do we select a particular entry in the listview(searched items) and populate the same in another userform which has these values displayed as seperate textboxes.

What I need it to be able to populate the selection on another userform and then edit the item if needed and submit them back to the database. I have created a commandbutton named 'Populate' in the seach userform, which should help me achieve the same.

    I think I've got it.

You'll have to flesh out the second userform if you want to be able to edit all the fields of the record. (make sure they are numbered sequentially.)
