    How to encode an xml from UCS to UTF-8

    We have a macro that replaces a set of tags in a XML file. The problem is this macro runs only on XML(UTF-8 and ANSI format) it is not working in any other format(UCS2 format) Can anyone help us in making the macro work in all the XML formats.
