error in excel 2007

Should I use a file created with Excel 2000, in which there are several macros that have so far worked fine, and I'm forced to use it on excel 2007.
Clicking on the various buttons combined with the macro displays this warning:

compilation error:
Can not find the project or library

I have searched in google and found this solution:

VBA Editor> Tools> References> and uncheck the reference in which it is written "missing" in my case Microsoft windows common control 5 (sp2)

is that correct?

Devo usare un file, creato con excel 2000 in cui ci sono varie macro che finora hanno funzionato benissimo, e che devo per forza usarlo su excel 2007.
Cliccando nei vari pulsanti abbinati alle macro si visualizza questo avviso:

errore di compilazione:
impossibile trovare il progetto o la libreria

ho ricercato in google e ho trovato questa soluzione:

editor VBA > strumenti > riferimenti > e deselezionare il riferimento in cui è scritto "mancante" nel mio caso Microsoft windows common control 5 (sp2)

è esatto?

Ho fatto la modifica ed il file funziona, non mi dà errore.
Ora ho provato vari file creati con excel 2000 e contenenti macro e non mi danno errore.
Ora in strumenti - riferimenti del VBA non vedo più: Microsoft windows common control 5 (sp2)
Una curiosità: cosa serve: Microsoft windows common control 5 (sp2) ?
Forse serviva a excel 2000 e a excel 2007 non serve?
Se creo un file con excel 2007 ed excel mi chiede:
Microsoft windows common control 5 (sp2)
dove lo trovo?
