Add row to table and reformat the staggered coloring

Hi all,

I'm trying to insert a new row into a worksheet and then reformat the table's coloring to have it alternating between dark and light colors (when inserting a new row, it copies the formatting from above or below and throws off the pattern). The code so far seems to almost get it, but it keeps leaving my top row of data in a white color. Here is a portion of my current code:
