compare two ranges

I am attaching an excel file for solving the problem

i need a macro

first i want to check range E = range with H, if not match then exit from the macro else

want to check B:C with E:F
if a value in B not in E then that unit added in Range L under head Creation
if a value in E and not in B then that unit added in range M under head Deletion

location
if B:C not equal to E:f (means location change) then it come to range N:O under the head Location Whse Description

R1, R2, R3 are the total counts of L,M,N
