Hide multiple rows below target cell based on a cell value match elsewhere.

Using Train_Matrix_SEL worksheet: When button is depressed once in “AP4”, for example, it will look at “AP3” and then find the match in range “J2:R2”. The cells (in range 5:283) under will either have an “X” or be blank. I need the cells that are blank to be hidden. When depressed again, the cells will unhide. I need a visual indication that the button has been depressed once, like a color change or a colored ring around the box.
