Please Help Fix Row Copy Macro

Hi,

Above is a macro which copies rows from one sheet to another. problem is doesn't work all the time.

I am not clever enough to change the code so here i am asking for help.

First problem, i want to change the criteria to

look for 'Ref' in colum 'B' & at the same time look for '-' in colum C if true then copy row
& look for 'Clo' in colum 'B' & at the same time look for '-' in colum C if true then copy row

Also i want it to start copying at 'A8' in Sheet2 & move down a row but it starts from A81 & goes down.
