How do I merge two tables in Excel that have identical columns?

Two tables information need join in Table 3
Columns its identical.
when joining old information of table 3 need bee deleted
and deleted all empty rows from table

is it possible to create a macro ? . I can not find similar information if there is maybe somebody post link or tell for me how to creed this macro.

I'm working on three tables (table 1/2/3) each table for different object. but every day has to do a report. for report i need table 4 (my pivot table soorse is table 4 pivot table i using for reports). As you say Table 4 is combinate from all tables (table 1/2/3) in table 4 need jest copy all information from (table 1/2/3) sesames rows dont need deleted jest copy efrefing, (sometimes be identical rows in diferent tables) need jest copy rows and deleted emty rows. when start this proces i need to by deleted old information from table for (macro its will work like reffresh buton - to avoid duplication of information)

this is posible ?

Jest colum E its nots unique but combination of Colum E and Colum D unique
