    Dear Experts.

Please help with the below table [excel file attached]

TYPE CAR HOURS RATE EXTRA KMS EXTRA HOURS
    AC INDICA 4 HRS 40 KMS 700 7 60
    NON AC INDICA 4 HRS 40 KMS 600 6 50
    AC INDICA 8 HRS 80 KMS 100 7 60
    NON AC INDICA 8 HRS 80 KMS 900 6 50
    AC INNOVA 4 HRS 40 KMS 1000 14 100

IF I SECLECT TYPE as AC & CAR as AC INDICA & HOURS as 4 HRS 40 KMS, AUTOMATICALLY RATES MENTIONED IN COLUMN D,E,F SHOULD COME
Please let me know whether macro is required for this or any simple formula is enough. I hope you understand my question.

I am no expert on excel but I have learnt to find out a way to tackle such problems in a simple way. Please see the attached file Indica and I hope it will solve your problem( Remember that you can add 64 such arguments in total !This means that you can have such a list of total 64 cars). I estimate that you are doing this to give a printout to your customers. It will help.
