hi ktalamantez, welcome to the forum. you don't need VBA for this. but if you wish to, record these actions:
1. press F5 or CTRL + G
2. click on Special
3. Comments is selected by default. click OK
4. All comments are now selected. go to the Home tab -> Clear -> Clear Comments

Try this...
• F5...Click: Special...Select: Comments...Click: OK
While all of the comment cells are selected...
• Right-click one of the comments...Select: Delete Comment
Now ALL of them should be gone.

Ctrl+A highlight the entire sheet, click on Review tab and click on Delete Comments.
