Counting elements in a pivot table once a filter is set

Good day,

I have a pivot table, lets call it "PT"

In that pivot I have a pivot field, lets call it "PF"

I am able to count how many "PF" i have in the table,

now I add in a filter, lets call it "Filter"

How can I count the pivot items that are displayed once the filter is active?

this is to mean, when I set the filter to lets say "January",

I only want to count the pivot fields that are shown when the filter is set to January ...
