Check cells for blanks then prompt user

Hi

I have 4 columns

J4:J1000
L4:L1000
M4:L1000
N4:N1000

If a user inputs a number into J, but not a number into M
then when they leave the sheet id like a msg box prompt,
then if the user inputs a number into L, but not a number into N
the same prompt to appear
