Compile error do without loop

Please guide me to remove the compile error 'do without loop'. After removing error the message should automatically sent to recipient which is in column 'z' at present in cell 'z8' only.

Thank you for solution but I might have made a mistake. Now the error is as follows:

'Compile error: invalid or unqualified reference'

Please do the ammendment in my code to avoide mistake from me. I'm confused here.

Thank you. The main problem is solved but I'm getting another error here. It's as follows:

'Run time error '3749':
Fields updates failed. For further information, examine the status property of individual fields objects.'

Please see the attached file and remove error.
