Filter, Copy, Paste and Delete

Please help me with this.

In the "Main" sheet,

1. I just want to filter Column L with "Chaser, Exceptions, Adhoc" and then
2. Copy Column A and B of the filtered cells to the last row of it and paste it to Adhoc sheet in the last Column A and B.
3. Back to Main Sheet, Copy Column F:AB of the filtered cells and paste it to Adhoc Sheet in the last row of Column C.
4. Back to Main Sheet again, DELETE the filtered cells, only the filtered cells should be deleted.

** Output should be like in the Final Sheet.

i know it is not perfect macro to you... but do you like something like this............ For your perfect macro need i need some time to complete this......

Thanks, but it overwrite the data in Adhoc Sheet, i just want it to 'add' the data only. Also, if its okay, maybe there were some shorter code to do that.

yes there is overwrite problem will happen in your actual data sheet.. therefore i told you this is not perfect yet...so i need some time to do it for you..

and i will see if there is any other shorter method to do it......
