Macro to copy/paste data

I have two worksheets
1) items
2) results

Items of primary sheet that has options for "YES or NO" based on what user selects.

On the "results" sheet, i want to only show the list of items the user has assigned "YES or NO" in column E.
-I want the same format to be copied with the macro having ability to copy/paste data with YES or NO + leave two blanks and show next table results....(i have manual example shown in results sheet).

pls help! thank u in advance.

Also, if the macro can be dynamic if I add more data or add another "table" after row 38 on items sheet.
