Emailling PDFs to users and managers

    Hi,
so I accepted a challenge in excel. Our mobile provider sends us an .xlsx of monthly usage for the 311 phones we have.
1 row for each number, and maybe 20 colomns that are going to be usefull (I think 124 coloms are provided) that have say, rate plan name, rate plan cost, number of text messages, cost of text messages, etc...

I should be presenting the data verticaly
    Rate plan name: AMD3060
    Number of texte messages: 53
    Cost of text messages: 30$

    and so forth.

I was planning on creating a template, that vlookups all my standard info in the data provided by bell (looking up the mobile number). A macro would run that gets the first mobile number in the data sheet, dump it in the template, rename sheet to the persons name (the name is one of the fields), save to PDF, send to an email (that will appear on the template, that will be fetched from a table built in another sheet)... and start over 310 more times.

Can you think of an easier way before I get cracking at it?

    Re: Email to 311 users

So I'm about to start developping with this method.
If anyone has a smarter idea, please let me know!

I was able to resolve my problem using this code:
Please Login or Register to view this content.

Now I was asked to do something else: Email the "Usage" PDF of each user to his manager. For this I would add a field in "Email" called manager, and another sheet with a manager list and their email.

So for example if Paul manages Nizar, John and Eva, he would get 3 PDFs in an email of his 3 employees.

Does that make sense to you?
