Dynamic Code Generator

Hi All,

I am a newbie and this is my first vba code which I am trying to automate. I am trying to generate a dynamic script based on the data entered in the xls, but I am not able to generate the output..somehow I am facing very tough to resolve the errors. I have attached the xls and the vba code which I am using..can any body have a look and let me know where I am doing wrong.
