Code for sending Outlook 2003 mail based on a mailing list in Excel 2003

Hi, VBA gurus

I am looking for a code to send individual mail to recipients listed in a Mail sheet in Excel 2003.

The subject for each mail should be “Contact information required” and the mail shall have a standard message like:

Dear sirs,
can you please reply and give me your actual phone numbers.

Regards
My Name

Attached is a sample workbook. The original workbook contains of more than 300 mail addresses
