excel hlep to calculate the week no from dispatch to closed calls week wise

i want help on countifs function

I WANT COUNT THE WEEK NO IN RANGE WITH ORDER NO'S FOR DISPATCH AND CLOSED

IF I SELECT WEEK NO 1 IN C28 I HAVE SEE ONLY COUNT OF WEEK NO 1 REST OF WEEK SHOULD BE BLANK
AND IN CLOSED COUNTS FORMULA SHOULD TAKE COUNT FROM TALBE CLOSED REPORT DEPENDS UPON HOW MANY ORDER NO IN WEEK 1 IN DISPATCH FOR HOW MANY WEEK THOSE ORDER NO BY DIFFERENT WEEK.

E.G IF ORDER NO ARE IN DISPATCH REPORT 1234,1235,1236,1237,1238,1239, FOR WEEK NO 1 I WANT FIND OUT HOW MANY ORDER NO AVALIBLE IN CLOSED REPORT FOR DIFFERENT WEEK NO 1234,1235,1236,1237,1238,1239, FIRST 3 ORDER NO CLOSED IN WEEK-3 ANOTHER 2 CLOSED IN WEEK-4 I WANT THIS COUNT ALOS IN CLOSED ..

thanks for formula work in c33 but i want D33 result in multiple weeks counts as per order no reflect in closed range

If Order No Are In Dispatch Report 1234,1235,1236,1237,1238,1239, For Week No 1 NO OF TOTAL COUNT IS 6
In that 1234,1235,1236,1237 closed in wk-3 AND 1238,1239 closed in wk-4 so i want towards week-3 result3 and towards week-4 result 2
